Nokia has just officially introduced 6208c mobile phone. It is not smartphone but has touch screen. It is said that this device is first assigned for China but will appear in other countries. This phone supports a lot of different languages and symbols. Nokia 6208c features original stylus which looks like traditional Chinese bamboo pen and is strengthened on back side of this phone. Such approach seems to be rather unusual. It was also said that the screen of 6208c would have 2.8 inch diagonal but according to the latest information the screen has 2.4 inch diagonal and 240×320 px resolution. There is also 3.2 Mp camera with 4x digital zoom and double LED flashgun, FM radio, microSD memory card slot (up to 8 Gb) and Bluetooth 2.0 module. Supported network standards are GSM/GPRS/EDGE (900/1800/1900 MHz)

The main feature of OPPO MUSE G11 multimedia player is its shape factor. It is “rotator” device. 3.2 inch touch screen of this gadget supports 432×240 px resolution and can be rotated. Thus special buttons for gaming become available. Size parameters are 95.5х60.8х15.9 mm. To store data G11 player has 4 Gb built in memory. Supported file extensions are AVI, RM/RMVB, FLV, MP3, WMA, WAV, AAC, OGG, APE, FLAC and etc. In addition this device is supplied with Sennheiser MX400 headphones. The price of OPPO MUSE G11 multimedia player is $160.

LG Electronics announced LG-KS660 which is its first touch screen device with dual SIM mode support. According to the producer this phone is assigned for people who have intensive schedule. There are a lot of features which are useful for businessmen. For example during the call you can create handwritten messages and send them right away. Depending on users needs virtual QWERTY keyboard is switched on automatically. Application that recognizes handwritten text supports English, Russian, Kazakh, Lithuanian and Estonian languages. This fact shows us that this mobile device is first aligned for Eastern Europe countries. The list of performance attributes includes 3 inch TFT touch screen with WQVGA resolution, 5 Mp camera with autofocus, FM radio, 50 Mb built in memory, microSD memory card slot and Bluetooth 2.0 module. Built in 950 mAh battery seems to be too low-powered for communicator with dual SIM mode support, but as a whole LG KS660 mobile phone looks very impressive. It is said that this device will be released by the end of the February.

Another Android based communicator has been just introduced by Chinese producers. The name of the company fishily resemble HTC :D. So this is HKC Pearl mobile device. Design of this phone is very similar to HTC Touch. The set of features includes 2.8 inch touch screen, 2 Mp camera, 624 MHz CPU, microSD memory card slot, GPS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module. There is no any information about price of this communicator but it is rumored that Pearl device will support both Android and Windows Mobile operating systems.

Chinese users prefer devices with touch screen. Nokia 6208 was designed for Asiatic mobile technology market. In contrast to N97 and 5800 it is not smartphone but simple mobile phone which runs on Series 40 platform. Nevertheless it has 2.8 inch touch screen which supports hand-written input. As for the rest Nokia 6208 has all features that are usual: 3.2 Mp camera, 27 Mb built in memory, microSD memory card slot, Bluetooth module and etc.

Chinese developers are always ready to offer cheaper alternative of Nokia devices. This is the clone of Nokia N810 mobile internet device. MID-2008 looks very similar to its inspirer. It has 4.3 inch touch screen with 800×480 px resolution, 628 MHz CPU, 2 Mp camera, 128 MB built in memory, microSD card slot (up to 16GB), FM radio, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth modules. In addition it supports GSM/GPRS 900/1800/1900 MHz network standards and runs on Linux operating system.

Android operating system becomes more and more popular on world mobile technology market. T-Mobile introduced G1 only one a month ago but have already announced G2 smartphone which will appear by the end of the January. It is rumored that T-Mobile G2 Android based phone will support 2G and 3.5G networks and will have big touch screen, Wi-Fi, 5 Mp camera with autofocus and flash gun, microSD memory card slot (up to 16Gb), Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP profile support and additional camera for video calls. The official announce will take place in the 26th of January. Unfortunately there is no any information about pricing and its appearance.

JingPeng E1181 mobile phone has removable camera. Such feature seems to be spy technology inspired. This removable sensor supports 2 Mp resolution and RF wireless technology. You can unplug it and use like remote spy camera. Maximum distance is 10 meters.

XH-MO25

The front side of this phone features non-standard buttons layout. It is possible that it is usable. But backside will shock all experienced mobile phone users. It is said that XH-MO25 has eight loud speakers.

Deluxe mobile phone

This device supports dual SIM mode, has camera with full optic instruments, 2.8 inch touch LCD screen with QVGA resolution. Supported network are GSM 900/1800 MHz. But all this features wane. This new mobile phone has opportunity to receive analogue TV signal which is compatible with 28 broadcasting system and is TV standard in Europe, US, Japan, Korea and other countries.

BI-K3000

Chinese developers have already introduced BI-K3000 mobile phone which supports three SIM cards. Unfortunately only two of them can work at the same time. In other respects this is typical Chinese device. It has 2.8 inch touch screen, built in camera, TV tuner and FM radio. BI-K3000 mobile phone supports GSM 900/1800/1900 MHz networks.

CVSCD-8500

This device is positioned as phone for mobile photography lovers. CVSCD-8500 mobile phone has 3 inch touch screen with 400×240 px resolution and external telescopic lens. This fact is rather confusing – the resolution of the camera is only 2 Mp.

Motorola company is not going to leave mobile market and continues to create new devices. I have to admit that it copes with this task far better than some month ago. This Motorola Prism mobile device has been already officially announced. This is clamshell phone with gauzy flip like MING phone has. Unfortunately this phone has no third generation networks support but the list of other technical features of this phone is impressive. For example the resolution of 2.8 inch touch screen is 800×480 px. There is also 3 Mp camera, Bluetooth 2.0 and S-DMB receiver. There is no information about pricing and release date.

TmoNews source reports that T-Mobile Shadow II smartphone will become available at the 28th of January. All infroamtion about this coming device isn’t official but it seems that announce will take place in the near future. As its forerunner Shadow II mobile device is sliding phone with hybrid keyboard (like BlackBerry’s SureType). It is expected that it will have 2.6 inch QVGA screen, 2 Mp camera, TI OMAP V1030 260 MHz CPU, 256 MB ROM, 128 MB RAM, microSD card slot, Bluetooth 2.0 and Wi-Fi (802.11b/g) modules. T-Mobile Shadow II will run on Windows Mobile 6.1 Standard and support GSM/GPRS/EDGE (850/900/1800/1900 MHz)
