One of the most remarkable devices announced at Mobile World Congress 2010 is Samsung GT-S8500 Wave. It is the first device running on new Bada operating system added with TouchWiz 3.0 user interface. It is also first mobile device that has Bluetooth 3.0 and Wi-Fi b/g/n. Another remarkable feature is Super AMOLED touchscreen display with 3.3 inch diagonal and 480×800 px resolution. Other characteristics are 1 GHz processor, 5 Mp camera with HD video (720p) recording support, 2 Gb internal storage, microSD card slot, GPS, 3.5 mm headphones jack, FM radio with RDS, and 1500 mAh battery. The dimensions are 118х56х10.9 mm. Samsung S8500 Wave will become available in April and will cost EUR 450.

Today Samsung announced its new touch phone designed for wide range of users. As many others devices of such class Samsung Monte (S5620) has monoblock shape and big touch screen. Unfortunately this device doesn’t belong to smartphones class but it has TouchWiz 2.0 Plus user interface. The list of pre-installed software includes special app that provide quick access to popular social networks like Facebook, MySpace and Twitter. As for other characteristics it is known that Samsung Monte supports third generation networks and is equipped with 3 inch touch display with WQVGA resolution, 3.2 Mp camera with autofocus, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP, GPS, 3.5 mm headphones jack, 200 Mb built-in storage and microSD memory card slot. It is expected that Samsung will demonstrate this mobile phone on Mobile World Congress 2010 exhibition.

Today Sony Ericsson officially announced its new communicator. Sony Ericsson Aspen is ecologically clean and belong to GreenHeart series. The Aino has QWERTY keyboard so this phone can be also ranked among business series devices. This gadget runs on Windows Mobile 6.5.3 operating system SPB Mobile Shell 3.0 graphic user interface. As for technical characteristics this communicator has 2.4 inch resistive touch screen with 240×320 px resolution, 3.2 Mp camera with 4x digital zoom, 100 Mb built-in storage, FM radio with RDS, microSD memory card slot (up to 16 Gb), Wi-Fi (802.11b/g), Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP, 3.5 mm audio jack, GPS and accelerometer. The battery provides 10/8 hours of talk time in GSM/UMTS networks. The dimensions are 117×60x12.45 mm and weights 130g. Available colors are Iconic Black and White Silver. Sony Ericsson Aspen will become available in April and will cost about $300.

The first photos of Samsung GT-S5620 have just leaked. This phone is also known as Samsung Monte. It is said that this device has 3 inch touch screen, 5 MP camera with autofocus, 0.3 Mp camera for video calls, 200 Mb built-in storage, microSD, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1 +EDR, GPS module and 3.5 mm audio jack. It is expected that Samsung GT-S5620 will be officially announced in next few weeks.

Yesterday Samsung officially announced its new touchphone. Samsung B3410 is also known as Samsung CorbyPlus and is designed for texting lovers. It is horizontal slider with full QWERTY keyboard. The list of technical characteristics is not very impressive but the price of this mobile phone makes up the deficiency ($220). Samsung CorbyPlus supports GSM/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 MHz networks and is equipped with 2.6 inch touch screen with 240×320 px resolution, 2 Mp camera, Bluetooth 2.1, FM radio, 30 Mb built-in storage, microSD memory card slot and DNSe technology support. Samsung is ready to widen its Duos series of mobile phones. Samsung B5722 has two SIM card slots. The first slot is for GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz networks and the second one is for GSM 900/1800 MHz. Some days ago Samsung announced its new communicator. At first Samsung T* Omnia II will become in South Korean SK telecom mobile operator’s shops. Like other Omnia series devices this one has big touch screen. This communicator features 3.7 inch AMOLED display and WVGA resolution. As for other technical characteristics Samsung T* Omnia II has 800 MHz CPU, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 2 or 8 Gb built in memory, 5 Mp camera with double LED flash, GPS, microSD card slot (up to 16GB), TV tuner and FM radio. There is no any information about operating system but it said that this device has Haptic 2.0 user interface.

According to Samsung Electronics this mobile device will become available this month. Samsung Blue Earth is eco-friendly, solar panel-equipped phone that doesn’t enclose any harmful materials. The case is made of worked over plastic battles. Another remarkable feature of Blue Earth phone is built-in pedometer that will tell you how much CO2 emission have been reduced by walking instead of driving. As for technical characteristics this mobile device has 3 inch touch screen with 480×800 px resolution, 3.2 Mp camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1, FM radio with RDS, microSDHC memory card slot and 1080 mAh battery. Samsung Blue Earth measures 108.x53/6×14.2 mm and weights 119 g.

Samsung together with T-Mobile operator has just officially announced new communicator – Samsung SDH-t939 which is also known as Samsung Behold II. This coming device runs on Android operating system and supports third generation networks standards. Unfortunately we don’t have information about release date and full list of technical characteristics but we know that Samsung Behold II is equipped with 3.2 inch AMOLED touch screen, 5 Mp camera with autofocus and flash, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1, microSD memory card slot (up to 16 Gb) and A-GPS.

Samsung has just officially announced its new “flagman” cameraphone – Samsung SCH-W880 which is also known as Samsung AMOLED 12M. This device combines features of both mobile phone and usual compact camera. It is the world’s first phone that has 12 Mp camera with 3x optical zoom, 6x digital zoom, image stabilization, touch auto focus, face detection, xenon flash and 720p video recording at 30fps. Other features of this mobile device are 3.3 inch AMOLED touch screen with WVGA resolution, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, DMB TV tuner, 4 Gb built-in memory and microSD card slot. Samsung AMOLED 12M will become available in South Korea next month. In other countries it will be sold as Samsung M8920.
