Recently LG Electronics announced its new mobile phone. LG KF305 is heir of KF300. It is also clamshell phone but has better set of technical characteristics. It supports GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 MHz networks and is equipped with 2.2 inch screen with 240×320 px resolution and 262K colors, 2 Mp camera, 40 Mb built-in storage, microSD memory card slot (up to 4 Gb), FM radio with RDS, Wi-Fi (802.11b/g), Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP. There is also external 1.3 inch screen with 262K colors, 128×160 px resolution, and light-reflecting covering. LG KF305 will be released in next few weeks and will cost $216.

At last LG Electronics officially announced its new device. LG Chocolate II is also known as LG BL-40. This mobile phone is forth device from Black Label series and features 4 inch touch screen with 345×800 px resolution, 5 Mp camera with LED flash and TV out. Other characteristics are 1.1 Gb built in memory, microSD memory card slot (up to 32 Gb), Wi-Fi (802.11b/g), Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP, 3.5 mm audio jack, A-GPS, FM radio and 1000 mAh battery. Supported network standards are GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 MHz, UMTS/HSDPA 900/2100 МГц (7.2 Mbps). The dimensions of LG BL-40 are 128×51x10.9 mm. The weight is 129 g. This mobile phone will become available in Europe by the end of this month.

One more mobile market giant announced its 12 Mp cameraphone. It is LG GC990 Louvre. This device was first shown on Korean Products Exhibition. Besides of remarkable resolution the camera of this mobile device has Schneider-Kreuznach optics, xenon flash, ISO 3200 and autofocus, geotagging function support. Other technical characteristics are 3.2 inch touch screen, Wi-Fi module, Bluetooth 2.0, GPS, TV out, G-sensor and GPS. Another remarkable feature is S-Class Touch user interface. Unfortunately there is no any information about release date and price.

It became known that LG is going to announce another touch screen device – LG GT810H. It has classic shape factor and nice design. The list of technical features is rather impressive, so if it will cost not too much it become popular. The only serious disadvantage is absence of GPS module.
LG GT810H has ARM 11 CPU, 128 Mb RAM, 256 Mb ROM, 3 inch touch screen with 240×400 px resolution, 3 Mp camera, 0.3 Mp camera for video calls, microSD memory card slot (up to 8 Gb), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP and 3.5 mm audio jack. The operating system is Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional. Unfortunately there is no any information about release date.

According to some sources LG is going to introduce heir of LG Viewty mobile device – LG Viewty Smart (GC900). This mobile phone will have S-Class user interface which is optimized for touch control. The list of merits of LG Viewty Smart includes 8 MP camera, GPS, Wi-Fi, its thickness (12.4 mm.), DivX playback, Dolby Mobile and HSDPA technology support. The camera supports face detection, geotagging and autofocusing. Other technical characteristics are 3 inch touch screen with 800×480 px resolution, microSD memory card slot, TV out and Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP. The release will take place in June.

South Korean LG company announced three new music mobile phones- GM310, GM210 and GM205. LG GM310 and LG GM210 are sliding devices. LG GM205 has classic shape factor. These mobile phones are assigned for Asia, Brazil, Mexico and Latin America countries. All of these phones support Dolby Mobile and LG Sound Engine technology. It is known that LG GM210 has 3.2 Mp camera, 1 Gb built in memory, microSD memory card slot and 3.5 mm audio jack. LG GM210 and LG GM205 have 2 Mp cameras and microSD memory card slots.

South Korean LG company together with Sprint mobile operator has just officially introduced LG Rumor 2 which will replace its popular forerunner. This device is side sliding mobile phone. In contrast to the previous device LG Rumor 2 phone’s QWERTY keyboard has four button rows not three. The list of characteristics includes 2 inch screen with 240×320 px resolution, 1.3 Mp camera, microSD memory card slot (up to 16 Gb), Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP and 2.5 mm audio jack. This phone also features Sprint Navigation service support. LG Rumor 2 Black Titanium will become available on the March, 15. Vibrant Blue will be available beginning from the 29th of March.

LG company officially announced its new KM900 touch screen phone. It will be introduced during Mobile World Congress 2009 and is expected to be interesting for visitors. According to producer this mobile device belongs to smartphones class but there is no any information about operating system of this remarkable phone. But it is known that it will have special 3D user interface. As for other features LG KM900 has 3 inch touch screen with 800×480 px resolution, TV tuner, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, A-GPS and Wi-Fi modules. In addition this mobile phone supports third generation network standards including HSDPA (up to 7.2 Mbit/s). The KM900 device will become available by the end of the April.

Recently new device was introduced by LG company. It seems to be iPhone’s competitor but looks like HTC Touch HD. The main feature of LG KB770 is 3 inch touch screen with finger control technology support. The resolution of this screen is 240×400 px so it is suitable both for video files and TV (there is built in DVB-T TV tuner). LG KB 770 supports next network standards: GSM/WCDMA/ GPRS/EDGE/UMTS/HSDPA.
