Another Android based communicator has been just introduced by Chinese producers. The name of the company fishily resemble HTC :D. So this is HKC Pearl mobile device. Design of this phone is very similar to HTC Touch. The set of features includes 2.8 inch touch screen, 2 Mp camera, 624 MHz CPU, microSD memory card slot, GPS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module. There is no any information about price of this communicator but it is rumored that Pearl device will support both Android and Windows Mobile operating systems.

Android operating system becomes more and more popular on world mobile technology market. T-Mobile introduced G1 only one a month ago but have already announced G2 smartphone which will appear by the end of the January. It is rumored that T-Mobile G2 Android based phone will support 2G and 3.5G networks and will have big touch screen, Wi-Fi, 5 Mp camera with autofocus and flash gun, microSD memory card slot (up to 16Gb), Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP profile support and additional camera for video calls. The official announce will take place in the 26th of January. Unfortunately there is no any information about pricing and its appearance.

Popularity of T-Mobile G1 device and fact that Googlephone is almost only Android based phone cause appearance of more and more concepts. This heir of the first phone by Google was named G2. Designers of this G2 phone concept use the same shape factor but the screen is bigger thanks to thinner frame around the periphery. We can also see that there is a number of nice looking widgets on the touch screen. The new version of Chromo browser will support Java V8, Flash, Silverlight and RealPlayer.

The first image of Android based smartphone by Lenovo has just appeared in the Internet. It is OPhone. This mobile device is designed for China Mobile operator and supports TD-SCDMA standard (Chinese 3G). Lenovo OPhone is assigned only for China Mobile thus it will not appear in other countries. But we hope that version for European and US mobile operators will be created. There is no any infroamtion about list of performance attribute but I have to admit that this device looks very impressive. According to rumors official announce will take place next year.

Australian Kogan Technologies company announced Kogan Agora smartphone which will run on Android operating system. It is available in two variants Agora ($192) and Agora Pro ($256). Both of these smartphones have QWERTY keyboard and 3G networks support. In contrast to the first one Agora Pro mobile device has 2 Mp camera, Wi-Fi and GPS modules. All other performance attributes are equal: 2.5 inch touch screen with QVGA (320×240px) resolution, 624 MHz CPU, 256 Mb ROM, 128 Mb RAM, microSD memory card slot and 1300 mAh battery. Supported network standards are GSM/GPRS/EDGE (850/900/1800/900 MHz) and UMTS/HSDPA (850/1900/2100 MHz). The company has already started to take preliminary orders. It will be available by the end of January.

The most of mobile phone concepts look futuristic and use technology which has not been developed yet. This mobile device is the exception. Nevertheless it looks very stylish. The author of Ta Moko phone concept is William Kang. According to these pictures Ta Moko is sliding device with usual digital keyboard and camera. In spite of seeming simplicity this gadget has some remarkable features: compact size and round shape. Besides Ta Moko future mobile phone will run on Google Android operating system. Producers from this eastern country react to all change on mobile market very rapidly. But almost always they position their devices to be prominent whereas in the most cases such mobile phones are low-quality fake and have no declared technical features. It seems that this mobile device is exclusion. Nevertheless some characteristics look dubious. So, let’s see. Some time ago Apple company was criticize for opportunity to control iPhone software remotely. They said that this function was included to reduce injurious actions of some applications which were downloaded on AppStore. The tactics of Big Brother also looks attractive for Google. According to use rules of Android Market which is AppStore analogue the opportunity to close harmful applications remotely is provided.
Computerworld.com tries to acquit Google and says that company declared such function of it’s own free will whereas Apple was red-handed. Secondly Google owners are going to give back money for each broken application.

Special site has already worked in the global network. It is created by T-Mobile for new T-Mobile G1 smartphone which is first Android mobile device. All official information about this phone will be available after today’s conference. But according to TmoNews this new mobile phone has touch screen with 320×480 px resolution, QWERTY keyboard, 3.1 Mp camera, Bluetooth and GPS modules. So, we have to wait for official release.

Google demonstrated HTC Dream mobile device which runs on Android OS. As you can see this mobile device has big touch screen and QWERTY keyboard, is equipped with accelerometer to provide maxim usability of Google Maps Street View. There is also some information about technical features such as 3.6Mbps HSDPA support, Qualcomm MSM7201A (528 MHz) 128 Mb RAM, 256 Mb ROM. Besides Google company representative declare interesting fact that Android OS was universal and suitable for any mobile devices even without screen. The demonstration was carried out on Google I/O conference.
