This device is a cheap clone of Motorola MT710. Motoroia710 has the same appearance but it doesn’t run on Google Android operating system and doesn’t belong to smartphones class. Unfortunately it is typical Chinese mobile phone based on MTK platform. It has two SIM card slots, 3.0 inch touchscreen with 240×400px resolution, 1.3Mp camera, Bluetooth, FM radio, microSD card slot. The dimensions are 102×56x13.5mm, the weight is 105g. Motoroia710 has been already available and cost $70.

Some weeks ago AT&T mobile operator announced Pantech Link budget class mobile phone. Some sources have already published its ‘live’ photos. It is thin monoblock with full QWERTY keyboard. There is no much information about this phone but it is known that this device supports quadband GSM and is equipped with 1.3 Mp camera with face detection, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, FM radio, MicroSD memory card slot, 3.5mm headphones jack. It is also said that this mobile phone also supports such operator’s services as AT&T Mobile Share, AT&T Social Net and AT&T Navigator. Pantech Link will be released by the end of April.

LG Electronics together with Sprint mobile operator has just unveiled new eco-friendly mobile phone. LG Remarq is vertical slider with full QWERTY keyboard. This is 87 percent recyclable and made of 19 percent already recycled plastic. Both companies go on to claim ‘low levels’ of bromides and PVC plastics in the device’s construction. The list of pre-installed apps includes Eco Calculator that calculates C02 reduction savings when users walk or bike. There is no much information about technical specifications of this ‘green’ mobile phone but it is know that it has 1.3 Mp camera, Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP, MicroSD memory card slot (up to 16 Gb). LG Remarq will become available for free with a 2-year contract on May, 9.

Today AT&T mobile operator announced some new phone that will become available in its shops in next few days. The design of Samsung SGH-a697 Sunburst looks a little bit futuristic. The case of this stylish is made of black plastic and chrome-plated steel. The list of specifications is usual for present-day budget touchphones. It supports GSM/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 MHz networks and is equipped with 3 inch TFT resistive touch screen with 240×400 px resolution and 262K colors, 2 Mp camera, 190 Mb built-in storage, microSD memory card slot, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, accelerometer, 1000 mAh battery. This phone measures 101×52.8×13 mm and weights 87.3g. Samsung SGH-a697 Sunburst costs $40 with two-year contract.

It is funny that Chinese K-Touch company also suffers from producers of phones clones. This device is a clone of K-Touch X90. K-Tcouh X90+ has the same shape as original device has. The list of specifications is usual for Chinese mobile phones and includes Dual SIM support, 2.2 inch touch screen with 240×320 px resolution, 0.3 Mp camera, Bluetooth, FM radio, TV tuner, 1 Mb built-in memory, microSD memory card slot. The battery provides about 4 hours of talk time. The price of K-Tcouh X90+ is $138.

Chinese HiPhone has already released two phones that bear a resemblance of Apple iPod Nano. HiPhone W008 is a heir of these two devices. This sliding phone has 2.2 inch TFT screen with 240×320 px resolution and 262K colors, two 0.3 Mp cameras both usual and frontal, Bluetooth, FM radio, accelerometer, 1 Mb built-in storage, microSD memory card slot (up to 16 Gb). As many other Chinese phones HiPhone W008 supports Dual SIM card mode. The battery provides about 4 hours of talk time. The price is $128.

Recently LG Electronics announced its new mobile phone. LG KF305 is heir of KF300. It is also clamshell phone but has better set of technical characteristics. It supports GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 MHz networks and is equipped with 2.2 inch screen with 240×320 px resolution and 262K colors, 2 Mp camera, 40 Mb built-in storage, microSD memory card slot (up to 4 Gb), FM radio with RDS, Wi-Fi (802.11b/g), Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP. There is also external 1.3 inch screen with 262K colors, 128×160 px resolution, and light-reflecting covering. LG KF305 will be released in next few weeks and will cost $216.
