U1 Android device by SIM technology
The giants of mobile industry didn’t introduce its Android devices on Mobile World Congress 2009. But small companies showed its ones. One of them is SIM technology which announced U1 Android communicator. It is remake of U1 Windows Mobile based device. U1 Android has not very impressive design but due to affordable price is expected to become popular. Besides U1 mobile device has nice set of technical features – Qualcomm 6280 CPU, 3 Mp camera, VGA additional camera for video calls, 2.8 inch touch screen, 256 Mb ROM, 128 Mb RAM, microSD(SDHC) memory card slot, Wi-Fi, GPS and A-GPS modules. The battery has 1500 mAh capacity. Its dimensions are 110x60x16.9 mm. Unfortunately there is no any information about release date.
