Another Android based communicator has been just introduced by Chinese producers. The name of the company fishily resemble HTC :D. So this is HKC Pearl mobile device. Design of this phone is very similar to HTC Touch. The set of features includes 2.8 inch touch screen, 2 Mp camera, 624 MHz CPU, microSD memory card slot, GPS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module. There is no any information about price of this communicator but it is rumored that Pearl device will support both Android and Windows Mobile operating systems.

Chinese users prefer devices with touch screen. Nokia 6208 was designed for Asiatic mobile technology market. In contrast to N97 and 5800 it is not smartphone but simple mobile phone which runs on Series 40 platform. Nevertheless it has 2.8 inch touch screen which supports hand-written input. Android operating system becomes more and more popular on world mobile technology market. T-Mobile introduced G1 only one a month ago but have already announced G2 smartphone which will appear by the end of the January. It is rumored that T-Mobile G2 Android based phone will support 2G and 3.5G networks and will have big touch screen, Wi-Fi, 5 Mp camera with autofocus and flash gun, microSD memory card slot (up to 16Gb), Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP profile support and additional camera for video calls. Motorola company is not going to leave mobile market and continues to create new devices. I have to admit that it copes with this task far better than some month ago. This Motorola Prism mobile device has been already officially announced. This is clamshell phone with gauzy flip like MING phone has. Unfortunately this phone has no third generation networks support but the list of other technical features of this phone is impressive. For example the resolution of 2.8 inch touch screen is 800×480 px. There is also 3 Mp camera, Bluetooth 2.0 and S-DMB receiver. There is no information about pricing and release date.

TmoNews source reports that T-Mobile Shadow II smartphone will become available at the 28th of January. All infroamtion about this coming device isn’t official but it seems that announce will take place in the near future. As its forerunner Shadow II mobile device is sliding phone with hybrid keyboard (like BlackBerry’s SureType). It is expected that it will have 2.6 inch QVGA screen, 2 Mp camera, TI OMAP V1030 260 MHz CPU, 256 MB ROM, 128 MB RAM, microSD card slot, Bluetooth 2.0 and Wi-Fi (802.11b/g) modules. T-Mobile Shadow II will run on Windows Mobile 6.1 Standard and support GSM/GPRS/EDGE (850/900/1800/1900 MHz)

In the October it was rumored that Research in Motion company is going to introduce BlackBerry Curve 8350i. So recently Sprint mobile operator officially announced this mobile device. As many other RIM’s phones it has classic shape factor and QWERTY keyboard, track ball and horizontal screen. Curve 8350i mobile phone has all necessary modules that present day mobile devices need: 2 Mp camera, Wi-Fi and GPS modules, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP and microSD memory card slot. The screen supports 240×320 px resolution and 65k colors. BlackBerry Curve 8350i will cost $150 with two year contract.
