It is funny that Chinese K-Touch company also suffers from producers of phones clones. This device is a clone of K-Touch X90. K-Tcouh X90+ has the same shape as original device has. The list of specifications is usual for Chinese mobile phones and includes Dual SIM support, 2.2 inch touch screen with 240×320 px resolution, 0.3 Mp camera, Bluetooth, FM radio, TV tuner, 1 Mb built-in memory, microSD memory card slot. The battery provides about 4 hours of talk time. The price of K-Tcouh X90+ is $138.

Chinese HiPhone has already released two phones that bear a resemblance of Apple iPod Nano. HiPhone W008 is a heir of these two devices. This sliding phone has 2.2 inch TFT screen with 240×320 px resolution and 262K colors, two 0.3 Mp cameras both usual and frontal, Bluetooth, FM radio, accelerometer, 1 Mb built-in storage, microSD memory card slot (up to 16 Gb). As many other Chinese phones HiPhone W008 supports Dual SIM card mode. The battery provides about 4 hours of talk time. The price is $128.

Recently LG Electronics announced its new mobile phone. LG KF305 is heir of KF300. It is also clamshell phone but has better set of technical characteristics. It supports GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 MHz networks and is equipped with 2.2 inch screen with 240×320 px resolution and 262K colors, 2 Mp camera, 40 Mb built-in storage, microSD memory card slot (up to 4 Gb), FM radio with RDS, Wi-Fi (802.11b/g), Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP. There is also external 1.3 inch screen with 262K colors, 128×160 px resolution, and light-reflecting covering. LG KF305 will be released in next few weeks and will cost $216.

Chinese producers of mobile phone’s clones react to new devices on-the-fly. For example Motorola Backflip wan announced a month ago but it copy has been already released. Unfortunately MOTOROIAM600 is not smartphone running on Google Android operating system. It is based on MTK platform and has typical for Chinese devices set of characteristics. It supports Dual SIM mode and has 3.2 inch touch screen with 320×480 px resolution, 1.3 Mp camera, Bluetooth, FM radio, and microSD memory card slot (up to 8 Gb). The price is also typical for Chinese phones - $127.

Korean Moblic company was founded a year ago but it has already released its first device. Moblic E7 is horizontal QWERTY slider that combines features of MID and portable game console. This device is based on ARM Cortex-A8 processor with 600 MHz clock and 3D graphics acceleration support. Other characteristics are 4 inch touchscreen with 480×800 px resolution, 256 Mb RAM, 8 Gb ROM, 2000 mAh battery and microSD memory card slot. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g and WiMAX IEEE 802.16e. There is no official information about operating system but it is expected that Moblic E7 will run on Windows Phone 7 Series. Unfortunately no word about price and release date.

Just a month ago ZTE joined Open Handset Alliance but it has already announced its first smartphone running on Google Android 1.6 operating system at Mobile World Congress 2010. ZTE is known as budget class mobile devices producer and this device is not exclusion. Nevertheless this phone looks stylish and resembles of Palm Pre. ZTE Smooth is vertical slider with QWERTY keyboard. It is said that it has 2.8 inch touch screen with 240×320 px resolution, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, GPS, FM radio, and microSD memory card slot. ZTE Smooth will become available in August and will cost $150.

Sagem Wireless together with Puma has just announced its new mobile phone. Puma Phone is designed for people who lead an active lifestyle. One of the main features of this device is solar panel on the back side of the device. After hour under the sun Puma Phone will provide about two hours of music playback or will give an opportunity to send 30 text messages. Besides future owners will surely appreciate accelerometer, GPS, digital compass, pedometer and special software that will help to organize activity. Other characteristics of Puma Phone are 2.8 inch touch screen with 240×320 px resolution and 262K colors, 3.2 Mp camera with flash and 6x digital zoom, 0.3 Mp camera for video calls, FM radio with RDS, Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP, and 3.5 mm headphones jack. The dimensions are 102×56x13 mm, the weight is 115g. Puma Phone will be released in April. No word about pricing.

Today HTC announced some its new devices. One of them is HTC HD Mini. It is designed for those people who want to have compact and functional device. This device runs on Windows Mobile 6.5.3 operating system with TouchFLO 3D user interface. As for technical characteristics HTC HD Mini has 600 MHz Qualcomm MSM7227 processor, 3.2 inch capacitive touch screen with 320×480 px resolution, 5 Mp camera with autofocus, 256 Mb RAM, 512 Mb ROM, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g), Bluetooth 2.1 +EDR, GPS, FM radio, accelerometer, 3.5 mm headphones jack, and microSDHC card slot. Unfortunately there is no word about release date and price.

One of the most remarkable devices announced at Mobile World Congress 2010 is Samsung GT-S8500 Wave. It is the first device running on new Bada operating system added with TouchWiz 3.0 user interface. It is also first mobile device that has Bluetooth 3.0 and Wi-Fi b/g/n. Another remarkable feature is Super AMOLED touchscreen display with 3.3 inch diagonal and 480×800 px resolution. Other characteristics are 1 GHz processor, 5 Mp camera with HD video (720p) recording support, 2 Gb internal storage, microSD card slot, GPS, 3.5 mm headphones jack, FM radio with RDS, and 1500 mAh battery. The dimensions are 118х56х10.9 mm. Samsung S8500 Wave will become available in April and will cost EUR 450.

HTC Legend has not been officially announced yet. But some sources have already published some information. This communicator has stylish and thin case that is made of aluminium. The Legend runs on Google Android 2.1 operating system with HTC Sense user interface. The list of technical characteristics includes 600 MHz Qualcomm MSM 7227 processor, 3.2 inch AMOLED capacitive touch display with HVGA resolution, 5 MP camera with autofocus and LED flash, 256 Mb RAM, 512 Mb ROM, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, Bluetooth 2.1, GPS module, digital compass, FM radio, accelerometer, 3.5 mm headphones jack, microSD memory card slot and 1300 mAh battery. The dimensions of this mobile device are 112×56.3×11.5 mm. HTC Legend is expected to be announced on Mobile World Congress 2010.
